You’ll provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring they have the support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and connected.
Depending on the needs of your client, you may assist with:
- Personal care and activities of daily living
- Companionship and conversation
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Mobility assistance and fall prevention
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
- Parkinson’s and other age-related conditions
- Encouraging independence, safety, and dignity
- Providing families with additional support and peace of mind
Some days, making a difference might mean helping someone prepare a meal or get ready for the day. Other days, it might simply mean sitting down, having a conversation, and making sure someone doesn't feel alone.
That’s what makes this work different.
