The Role:
We’re seeking a Scheduler & Receptionist to coordinate care schedules, manage client intake, and provide a warm, professional first impression for our agency. You’ll handle scheduling, answer multiple phones, support caregivers, and help clients feel confident and cared for from their first call.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones promptly and professionally, including intake calls from new and existing clients
- Schedule and adjust caregiver visits according to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, client information, and communications
- Handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently
- Greet visitors and support front-desk operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with the team to support a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Welcoming first impression over the phone
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Previous scheduling, receptionist, or home care experience is a plus
