The Role:
We’re seeking a Scheduler & Receptionist to coordinate care schedules, manage client intake, and provide a warm, professional first impression for our agency. You’ll handle scheduling, answer multiple phones, support caregivers, and help clients feel confident and cared for from their first call.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones promptly and professionally, including intake calls from new and existing clients

  • Schedule and adjust caregiver visits according to client needs

  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, client information, and communications

  • Handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently

  • Greet visitors and support front-desk operations

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers

  • Collaborate with the team to support a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor

  • Welcoming first impression over the phone

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion

  • Previous scheduling, receptionist, or home care experience is a plus

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
