Right at Home West LA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to service the Santa Monica/West Los Angeles area.  We have been nominated best home care provider and best place to work! We provide tailored services including companion care, personal care, and specialty care for the elderly. 

In this role, you will generate referrals, build a pipeline and monitor sales activity to gain market share in our local community. This is a great job for nurses, social workers, and those looking for a career change due to burn out in the healthcare field. What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for developing sales opportunities and promoting a positive image of the company in the Santa Monica/West Los Angeles areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of current home care rules and regulations to help answer questions and concerns with referral sources, prospective and current clients, etc. 
  • Generate referrals by building new relationships and maintaining current relationships with nursing homes, hospitals, independent and assisted living agencies, physicians, and other community resources. Including developing relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, Directors and other healthcare professionals that utilize home care services. 
  • Pre-plan weekly sales activities, creates opportunities for communication with referral sources and maintains all sales activity in a customer relationship manager database. 
  • Presents ideas and data which outline new service opportunities and potential sales.
  • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding the sales goals by improving care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share in the community. 
  • Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for promotion of the agency.
  • Utilizes various social media platforms for marketing and networking purposes such as LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc. 
  • Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics and success of sales activities.
What You'll Bring: 
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Healthcare Administration or similar area of study.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience, preferred experience in home health, home care or hospice, but not required.
  • Outside Sales Representative- Home Care must be service-oriented and growth-focused, contributing to the organization's mission.
  • Liaison - Home Care Sales must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in sales or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and proven relationship building skills.
  • Quick learner and willing/eager to accept feedback and coaching for continuous growth. 
  • Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.
  • Tech savvy with ability to use
  • Social media skills and presence (i.e. LinkedIn) for professional networking purposes, preferred. 
  • Ability to commute to Santa Monica/West Los Angeles daily.

Pay: From $68,640.00 per year with unlimited bonus potential

Compensation: $68,640.00 - $118,000.00 per year
