Who are You?
You are a passionate, communicative, and highly organized individual with a proven track record in in-person healthcare marketing. You are even-tempered and willing and able to communicate and collaborate with various departments at Home Helpers Home Care.

Our compensation strategy rewards growth. We have a plan that gives you the potential to easily exceed your current compensation. It is directly tied to your ability to generate revenue and margin through billable hours. Your earnings potential is uncapped!

Primary Responsibilities:

 • Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources within the healthcare industry such as: hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, doctor offices, home health and hospice agencies, senior communities, senior centers, and other community organizations.
 •  Meet monthly sales goals and referral quotas
 • Travel locally within service area to meet with professional referral sources
 • Collaborate with Agency Leaders to develop marketing strategies; monitor and report competitive activity
 • Develop content, social media and interactive engagements to be used in marketing to caregivers, referral sources, client's and their families
 • Attend senior-focused networking meetings and events
 • Attend client assessment meetings to close business opportunities
 
 Job Requirements:
 
• Must have a track record of excellence in relationship-building and sales generation
 • Passionate about winning new business, motivated to be paid according to results.
 • Dedication to helping others and solving client needs
 • Minimum of 2 year's experience in sales or marketing
 • Experience in sales/marketing within the healthcare industry is preferred
 • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
 • Excellent follow-up, planning, and organizational skills
 • Highly motivated self-starter
 • Demonstrated team player
 • Reliable transportation
 • Valid driver’s license and insurance
