Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers in the Oshkosh area for day, evening, and overnight shift opportunities.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while bringing comfort, companionship, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

No caregiving experience? No problem. We provide paid training, mentorship, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
 • Provide companionship and emotional support
 • Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
 • Communicate care updates with families and the care team
 • Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients and families
 • Deliver dependable care that brings comfort and reassurance every shift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
 • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
 • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
 • Ability to pass a background check and provide references
 • Availability for every other weekend required
 • No caregiving experience required — paid training provided
