Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to high-quality care
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans independently
- Availability every other weekend
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
New to Caregiving? We’ll Train You
No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support so you’ll feel confident and prepared from day one.
