We are a growing home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their homes. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and the community. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and not afraid to go out and connect with potential referral sources — both over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living communities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Conduct in-person visits, cold calls, and follow-up calls to generate new client referrals.

  • Represent the agency at community events, networking functions, and industry conferences.

  • Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote agency services.

  • Track and report on sales activity and referral metrics.

  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services).

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable with cold calling, face-to-face visits, and networking.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
