As a Manager of Care Services at ComForCare, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of home care services to ensure safe and effective delivery, support agency structure and policy development, manage budgets and assist in quality assurance and performance evaluation efforts.

What we are looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years of home care experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of home care supervision experience preferred
- CPR certification
What you will be doing:
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all direct and indirect services to Agency home care clients ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate home care services.
- Assist in the planning and development of Agency structure, policies and procedures, and the annual operating and capital budgets.
- Provide support in the implementation and oversight of the QAPI program at the Administrator's discretion. Oversees data collection for quality management, statistics, and reports for evaluating Agency performance.
- Act as Agency Administrator when that person is not available, as applicable.
