What You’ll Do:
  • Build relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and referral partners
  • Promote our home care services throughout the community
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach opportunities
  • Identify client needs and help connect them to the right care solutions
  • Work closely with our care team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
  • Track outreach efforts and adjust strategies to drive client growth
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of proven field sales experience in home care/ other related healthcare or community outreach
  • Great communicator with excellent people skills — both one-on-one and in groups
  • Comfortable visiting referral sources and community locations regularly
  • Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit outreach goals
  • Passion for helping seniors, families, and those in need of care
  • Possessing reliable transportation for commuting within the local territories
Highly Desired but Not Required:
  • Existing relationships with local healthcare providers or referral sources
