Compassionate Caregivers Needed!!

At Generations Home Care LLC, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors, helping them maintain dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes. We're growing and looking for kindhearted, dependable caregivers to join our team! We service the entire Maricopa County area with many clients that need assistance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeing if needed
  • Help with mobility and transfers
  • Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor
  • Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if applicable)
Qualifications:
  • Prior caregiving experience, at least 2 years preferred
  • A genuine desire to help others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license 
  • Ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
