🚨 Immediate Hiring Needs – Short Shifts Available
We are actively hiring caregivers who are available for 4–5 hour shifts and are comfortable providing:
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Bathing assistance (including full bed baths)
  • Hospice and end-of-life support
  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
  • Hands-on personal care

What You’ll Do

  • Personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Bathing and toileting support
  • Safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts
  • Mobility support and repositioning
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Transportation, errands, and activity support
Minimum Requirements

  • 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available to work within San Mateo County
  • Comfortable working with multiple clients and/or split shifts
  • Able to communicate clearly in English
  • Registered with CA DSS Home Care Aide Registry (DOJ/FBI background clearance)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (when applicable)
  • We use E-Verify to confirm work eligibility
Compensation

  • Starting pay: $22–$25/hr, based on client assignment
  • Shift types: 4-hour, 5-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour, weekends, live in, and multi-client shifts available
