🚨 Immediate Hiring Needs – Highly Skilled Caregivers
We are actively hiring experienced caregivers who are available for 4–8 hour shifts, weekends, and live-in assignments, and who are willing to travel around San Mateo County. Caregivers who enjoy flexible scheduling, working with different clients, and being available for a variety of assignments tend to thrive with us.

We are especially looking for caregivers who are confident providing:
  • Hands-on personal care
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Mobility assistance and transfers
  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
  • Hospice and end-of-life support
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Transportation support, errands, and helping clients stay engaged in daily activities

Minimum Requirements
  • 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available to work throughout San Mateo County
  • Valid negative TB Test
  • Registered with CA DSS Home Care Aide Registry (DOJ/FBI background clearance)
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to support clients across different locations when needed
  • Comfortable working with multiple clients and/or split shifts
  • Able to communicate clearly in English
  • We use E-Verify to confirm work eligibility
Compensation
  • Starting pay: $22–$25/hr, based on client assignment
  • Shift types: 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, weekends, live-in, and multi-client shifts available depending on client needs and caregiver availability. While hours are not guaranteed, caregivers with open availability and flexibility for multiple clients often have greater scheduling opportunities.
