What You'll Be Doing (Your Role):
You will be assisting clients with daily activities to help them remain independent and
comfortable in their homes. This includes:
● Providing personal care assistance.
● Assisting with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
● Handling meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
● Managing necessary household needs.
● Offering companionship and respite services for the family.
What We Offer (Compensation):
● Short Shifts (2-3 hours): An Additional $1 per hour.
● All Other Shifts: Regular pay rate.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Requirements):
We seek committed individuals with a passion for serving and helping others live their best lives
possible.
Required:
● A minimum two years of documented experience with seniors.
● Reliable transportation.
● Must pass a drug test and background check.
● TB test copy is required
Preferred/Bonus:
● CNA, HHA, or PCA Certification (required certification or proof of professional training is
a plus).
● Driver's license with insured and reliable automobile.
● Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities.
● Experience with Dementia/Hospice, including end-of-life care (not necessary, but nice to
have).
● Pet friendly is a plus!
