New Hire Reliability Bonus – Earn Up to $1,000:
We reward dependability. You’ll receive $100 for every 100 hours worked—up to $1,000 total—as long as there are no unexcused tardies or call-offs during each 100-hour period.
Position Overview:
We are hiring Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, medical students, and others with personal care experience to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients throughout Washtenaw County, Livingston County, and the city of Belleville.
Shifts range from 1 to 12 hours, and include both day and evening opportunities depending on current client needs.

Shift availability depends on our current client roster. If we don’t have an immediate match for your availability at the time of application, we will retain your information and contact you as soon as something opens.

We are always accepting contingent (pick-up) caregivers who are flexible and willing to cover shifts as needed. These employees are typically offered assignments immediately.
Pay Rate:
- Starting base pay: $15.50 – $17.50 per hour (firm)
- Rate is based on experience, availability, and assignment type
- Additional incentives may apply for:
Last-minute shift coverage / Special case assignments / Joining specific client care teams
Job Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assisting with transfers, mobility, and range of motion exercises
- Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social activities
- Monitoring and reporting changes in physical or emotional condition
- Supporting hobbies and social engagement
- Providing family respite care and general assistance
- Other tasks as assigned by the care plan
Minimum Requirements (All Are Mandatory for Employment):
- A genuine passion for caregiving and helping others
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (in-home, facility, or agency)
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance

Reliable personal vehicle for transportation of clients and errands

This is a firm requirement; most clients require transportation, and local travel is an essential part of the job
- Willingness to travel to client homes—typically within a 30-minute radius or more based on your preferences. You will not be asked to drive outside your defined area.
- Willing to assist with errands and transportation as needed (mileage reimbursement provided for all client-related travel and between-shift travel)
