Position Overview

As an On-Call Caregiver, you will serve as a dependable resource during caregiver absences or urgent shift needs. You must be flexible, highly detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Your availability and responsiveness will play a critical role in supporting our clients and care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remain on standby during your assigned on-call week (Tuesday to Monday coverage)

  • Be available to report to a client’s home at any time during your on-call period

  • Accurately follow each client’s Care Plan and complete necessary tasks

  • Utilize web-based tools for care documentation and task management

  • Attend all assigned or emergency shifts as required

Requirements

  • Experienced caregiver with hands-on skills

  • Proficient in using equipment such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and wheelchairs

  • Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1–2 years of patient scheduling experience is a plus

  • Proficiency with software applications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent time management and customer service skills

  • Previous home health care experience required

  • Must be dependable and committed to work during assigned on-call weeks

Compensation & Benefits
