We offer non-medical home care services that bring peace of mind to families, and we’re looking for reliable, compassionate professionals to help provide 24-hour care coverage for a client in Caralton, VA (23314).

đź“… Current Available Shifts:

  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (overnight)

  • 12-hour shifts on Saturdays & Sundays:
    • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

đź’µ Pay Rates:

  • PCA: $15.00/hr

  • CNA: $16.50/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr
     ➡️ Get a $0.50 raise after completing your training!

🌟 Duties Include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry

  • Preparing nutritious meals

  • Offering medication reminders

  • Providing safe transportation

  • Supporting dementia care using person-centered techniques

âś… Requirements:

  • Valid PCA or CNA certification (required)

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to follow care plans and document care

  • Clean background check
