We’re seeking dependable and compassionate PCA, Nursing Assistants, and CNAs to join our growing team in Chesapeake (ZIP 23321) and surrounding areas.

Whether you're a seasoned caregiver or newly certified and eager to help others, we would love to meet you.

💵 Competitive Pay Rates

  • PCA: $15.00/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

  • CNA: $16.50/hr
    ✨ Earn an extra $0.50/hr after completing our paid training!

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

  • Prepare simple, nutritious meals

  • Support mobility and transfers

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry

  • Use dementia-friendly care techniques (we’ll train you!)

  • Deliver dependable, compassionate care that families can trust

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Active PCA or CNA certification (required)

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Kind, patient, and dependable personality

  • Strong communication and professionalism

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
