Responsibilities:

- Build meaningful relationships with your client

- Provide companionship in a warm, welcoming, encouraging tone

- Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes

- Ensure safety and supervision of your client

- For Driver’s be willing to drive and accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and errands

Candidate Requirements:

- MUST have an ACTIVE New Jersey HHA Certification

- MUST be fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) against COVID-19

- Two (2) forms of ID: Driver's License, Social Security card, etc.

- Step 1 PPD (within 12 months), QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or Chest X-ray

- MUST be able to pass a criminal background check

- For Driver’s: Valid driver's license, your own reliable automobile, proof of registration & auto insurance

- Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player

- 1+ year of prior experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not required
