🎯 What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Community Outreach

  • Build and expand referral relationships with VA hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, senior service agencies, and community partners.

  • Represent our agency at senior centers, VFWs, hospitals, and assisted living facilities—hosting educational presentations and community events.

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, referral agreements, and rate negotiations to maximize lead flow.

Lead Conversion

  • Guide veterans and families through eligibility for VA benefits, Medicaid, private pay, and other home care funding options.

  • Educate clients on available services and support them through application and enrollment processes.

  • Actively follow up on leads to convert them into long-term clients.

Operations & Digital Marketing

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partner engagement, and client communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and improve the client journey.

  • Manage local digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.) to boost visibility and engagement.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within healthcare or senior services.

  • Direct experience working with Veterans Affairs (VA) or Medicaid programs is required.
