Administrator/Manager of Care Services
The Administrator/Manager of Care Services/Registered Nurse will work closely with the Agency Owner to assist with the planning, development and direction of the Agency’s services, including the supervision of Agency caregivers. This Agency is in the process of obtaining its Home Health Agency licensure.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the Agency
- Ensuring the Agency employs qualified personnel by assisting with Job postings, interviews and training
- Manages, supervises, coordinates, evaluates and develops client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management
- Conducts competency assessments to ensure caregivers are qualified and competent to provide services
- Assures compliance with federal/state regulations governing home care services
- Maintains ongoing liaison between the Governing Body and the Agency staff.
- Oversees and implements the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program
- Conducts client admissions
- Participates in Marketing opportunities upon request
- Is available, or ensures availability of a qualified alternate during all operating hours
- Other related duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Must be a Licensed Nebraska Registered Nurse in good standing
- Training & experience in health service administration with at least one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health program
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience in an acute hospital setting or equivalent experience at least one year of which is in the provision of home health care, and who has supervised home health aide services for at least six months.
- Knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level
- Business Management experience
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic
