About the Role:
Join ComForCare Home Health Care as a Compassionate Caregiver in Henrico, VA, where your kindness and dedication will make a difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking passionate individuals who are eager to provide exceptional care and support to those who need it. Be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and the importance of home care.
We are currently looking to fill all 8-hour shifts, Monday through Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Safety supervision
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health care preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving or home health care is a plus.
- Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
