Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our dedicated team in South Haven, MI. As a caregiver, you will provide essential personal care and assistance to individuals in their homes or at a facility, ensuring their well-being, safety, and comfort. If you have a passion for helping others and are looking to make a meaningful impact in the community, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Monitor and document client’s health and progress, reporting changes to supervisors.
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities to improve the client's quality of life.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field is required.
  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or similar certifications a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
