- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor and document client’s health and progress, reporting changes to supervisors.
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities to improve the client's quality of life.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
- Prior experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field is required.
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or similar certifications a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
