Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an in-home Caregiver near their Los Gatos Location. As a Caregiver, you will be able to build meaningful relationships with clients, grow your skill set with our free online learning university, and have a flexible schedule. Responsibilities:
· Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude
· Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
· Assist with activities of daily living (ex: walking, grooming, bathing)
· Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities
· Utilize Care app to update office staff on client progress as needed
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years old with a valid license and automobile insurance
· Must pass background checks, DMV checks, as well as a negative TB test
· Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures
· Home Care Aide (HCA) registration - if not already registered, we'll assist with the process
Pay: $22.50–$24/hour (starting rate based on experience, with scheduled pay increases based on performance and reliability within the first 3–6 months).
