💵 Starting Pay Rates:

  • Companion Caregiver: $14.00/hr

  • PCA: $15.00/hr

  • CNA: $16.50/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

👉 PLUS receive a $0.50 raise after completing required training!

📝 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing companionship and conversation

  • Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)

  • Performing light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, linens)

  • Planning and preparing meals

  • Providing medication reminders

  • Offering transportation for errands and appointments

  • Educating family members on safe caregiving techniques

Qualifications:

  • CNA license or PCA certification

  • Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect

  • Ability to follow structured care plans

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Comfortable around pets (dogs and cats)

  • Strong communication skills (phone & email)

  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs.

  • Experience with dementia/alzheimers care is a plus!

  • Must pass a background check
