Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and experienced caregiver to join our team in Benton Harbor, MI. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who require assistance with daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will be providing care in the home of our clients, making a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and personal care to clients in their home.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
  • Assist with medication reminders and appointments.
  • Document and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor or family.
  • Provide transportation to appointments or activities (must have reliable transportation).
Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (required).
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with elderly or disabled individuals is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility if needed.
