Job Title: Caregiver
Location: Kalamazoo, MI (including surrounding areas such as Vicksburg, Mattawan, Lawton, MI)
Schedule: Flexible hours between 8 AM to 10 PM
Compensation: Weekly pay with potential for raise within 60 to 90 days

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Assist with mobility, including using lifting equipment as needed
  • Support clients with medication reminders and light housekeeping
  • Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a caregiver, particularly with lifting equipment
  • Ability to work in Kalamazoo and surrounding areas (Vicksburg, Mattawan, Lawton)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Compassionate, dependable, and responsible with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
  • Flexible availability between 8 AM and 10 PM
