Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality in-home support for clients in the Kalamazoo area. If you have a passion for helping others and hands-on caregiving experience, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing).
- Assist with mobility support and transfers.
- Administer medication reminders and track health changes.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Monitor clients’ well-being and report any health concerns to the care team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional caregiving experience required.
- CNA certification preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients.
