Job Description:
We are in urgent need of an experienced caregiver to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a hands-on role where you will assist elderly clients with their daily needs, including personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship. Your experience and dedication will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting)
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Engage clients in conversation and offer companionship
- Monitor and document client health status and report any changes
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is required
- Must be caring, reliable, and patient
- Ability to follow care plans and meet the individual needs of each client
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check and drug screening
