Job Title: Occupational Therapy Evaluation
Location: Powder Springs, GA 30127
Pay Rate: $125 flat fee

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to perform a one-time evaluation in Powder Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting comprehensive assessments and providing professional recommendations based on client needs.

Requirements:

  • Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Georgia
  • Experience with evaluations and documentation
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
  • Ability to provide clear, detailed reports
