We’re growing and looking for caring professionals — CNAs, PCAs, Nursing Assistants, and Nursing Students — who want meaningful, purpose-driven work.

🚨 Certification Required – No Exceptions 🚨
Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required.
Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

💵 Competitive Pay Rates

  • PCA: $15.00/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

  • CNA: $16.50/hr
     ✨ + $0.50/hr after completing paid training

📝 What You’ll Do

  • Provide companionship and emotional reassurance

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)

  • Prepare simple meals & light housekeeping

  • Medication reminders

  • Support dementia care (training provided)

  • Help clients remain safe and independent at home

✅ What You Bring

  • Active PCA certification or CNA license (required- NO Exception)

  • Compassionate, professional, reliable attitude

  • Valid driver’s license & dependable transportation

  • Comfortable around pets (dogs & cats)

  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs

  • Strong communication skills

  • Dementia care experience (preferred)

  • Ability to pass a background check
