💵 Pay Rates

  • PCA: $15.00/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

  • CNA: $16.50/hr

📝 Your Role

As a caregiver, you’ll provide essential support that allows clients to live safely and comfortably at home:

  • Offer companionship and emotional reassurance

  • Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding

  • Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Offer transportation to appointments or errands

  • Use dementia-safe care techniques to support aging in place

What You Bring

  • Valid CNA license or PCA certification (required)

  • Compassionate, gentle, and professional approach

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

  • Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs

  • Experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s is a plus

  • Strong communication skills (phone and email)

  • Must pass a criminal background check
