💰 Starting Pay Rates

  • PCA: $15.50/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $16.00/hr

  • CNA: $17.00/hr

📝 What You’ll Do

  • 💬 Provide companionship & emotional support

  • 🛁 Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding

  • 🧺 Help with light housekeeping: laundry, changing linens, maintaining cleanliness

  • 🍽️ Prepare simple meals and offer nutrition support

  • 💊 Offer medication reminders and track basic routines

  • 🏡 Follow personalized care plans and help educate families on best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification

  • Compassionate, respectful, and patient approach to care

  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs

  • Comfortable with teamwork and flexible hours

  • Strong communication via phone and email

  • Able to pass a criminal background check
