- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Help clients with transportation to appointments or activities
- Assist clients with transfers and ambulation using a gait belt and Hoyer lift
- Document and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team
- With High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required to perform the job.
- Experience safely assisting clients with transfers and mobility, including proper use of a Hoyer lift and gait belt, preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
