Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care including dressing, grooming, bathing, and feeding.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and help with walking.
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and ensure clients’ dietary needs are met.
- Offer companionship, engage clients in activities, and enhance their quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping and assist with running errands.
- Monitor and report changes in client health to the appropriate family members or team.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving, home health, or similar experience is required.
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
