Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide emotional support and engage clients in activities to maintain mental well-being.
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and ensure nutrition needs are met.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the appropriate team members.
- Manage medication reminders and assist with appointments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is required.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and trustworthy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
