- At least 1-2 years of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours
