Job Description: We are urgently seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. If you have prior experience in caregiving and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Administer prescribed medications and assist with mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient’s condition to family and healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client
Offer companionship and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Ensure patient comfort and dignity at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and reliable
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours
