Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor caregivers to ensure optimal care for clients
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
- Provide medication reminders and support with healthcare needs
- Create a safe and caring environment for clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client well-being
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, families, and staff
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare (preferred)
- Leadership and supervisory experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate nature
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
