Job Title: Urgent Hiring – Carelead (Benton Harbor, MI) – $16/HR – Weekly Pay

As a Carelead, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care and support for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring quality care and client satisfaction
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with basic healthcare needs
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and document client progress and report concerns to management
Qualifications:

  • Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
