Shift Timings:
Shift Timings:
- Monday to Sunday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with personal needs, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to care plans.
- Monitor and record patient’s health, including vital signs.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to foster a positive environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the home or care setting.
- Communicate effectively with family members and other care team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or personal care experience required.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
