We are urgently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Schoolcraft, MI. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is a full-time position with flexible shifts available during weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times
- Monitor client’s health and report any changes to the appropriate authorities
- Follow care plans and schedules as outlined by medical professionals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Must pass background check and drug screening
