We are urgently seeking a Care Lead in Benton Harbor, MI, to oversee a team of dedicated caregivers and ensure the highest level of client care. As a Care Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the caregiving team, ensuring that all client needs are met and that care plans are executed efficiently. As a Care Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the caregiving team, ensuring that all client needs are met and that care plans are executed efficiently. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of caregivers to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans for each client.
- Conduct regular assessments and re-assessments of client needs and adjust care plans as needed.
- Train and onboard new caregivers, providing ongoing support and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with families, healthcare providers, and the care team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure that caregivers are following safety protocols and adhering to company standards.
- Assist in scheduling, staffing, and maintaining accurate documentation of all care activities.
- Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of caregiving experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home healthcare, caregiving practices, and patient care regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a caregiving team.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
