Key Duties:
- Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Track and report changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior caregiving or healthcare experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift clients and assist with physical tasks.
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
