Caregiver in Lead Role

Location: Muskegon, MI
Pay: Starting at $16 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide exceptional care to clients
- Develop and implement care plans in coordination with healthcare professionals and family members
- Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisors or medical staff
- Assist with hands-on care, including personal hygiene, mobility support, and meal preparation
- Train and mentor new caregivers, ensuring they follow best care practices
- Ensure safety and comfort for clients in all aspects of their care
- 1 year of caregiving experience with at least 6 months in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to pass background and drug tests
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Starting pay of $16 per hour with weekly pay
