Lead Caregiver

Location: Muskegon, MI
Pay: Starting at $16 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
- Supervise daily caregiving activities and ensure proper implementation of care plans
- Assist with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Provide mentorship and guidance to caregivers to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Assess client needs and ensure their comfort and safety
- Monitor client health and communicate changes to family members and healthcare professionals
- Lead and manage scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for clients
- 1+ year of caregiving experience with at least 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure the well-being of clients
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Starting pay of $16 per hour with weekly pay
