We are urgently hiring a Care Lead in Muskegon, MI! If you have experience in caregiving and leadership, we want you to join our team. As a Care Lead, you will oversee a team of caregivers, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and attention. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and support a team of caregivers to ensure the highest quality care for clients
- Assist with client care tasks, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and meal prep
- Conduct care assessments and ensure care plans are followed correctly
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing training for caregivers
- Monitor and document client health, changes in condition, and any concerns
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers for updates on client progress
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, with at least 6 months in a leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
