Your Role as a Family Care Associate
As a Family Care Associate, you’ll provide personalized care and practical support to enhance clients’ quality of life. Responsibilities will vary based on client needs and may include:
- Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to promote their independence and dignity.
- Home Maintenance Support: Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe and comfortable environment.
- Transportation Services: Offering reliable transportation for appointments, errands, or social activities.
- Companionship and Engagement: Sharing conversation and participating in activities to uplift clients’ spirits.
- Care Plan Adherence: Following detailed care plans to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dependable, caring individuals ready to make a positive impact in Hillsboro. Key qualifications include:
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- A clean driving record
- Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—training is provided
