Your Role as a Daily Living Aide
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on assistance with daily activities, ensuring clients’ comfort and safety. Responsibilities will vary based on individual needs and may include:
- Personal Care Support: Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to promote dignity and well-being.
- Household Assistance: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe, welcoming environment.
- Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides for appointments, errands, or social outings.
- Engaging Companionship: Offering conversation and participating in activities that enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Adhering to Care Plans: Following customized care plans to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who are ready to make a difference in Round Hill. Key qualifications include:
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- A clean driving record
- Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—training is provided
