Your Role as a Care Team Member
As a vital member of our care team, you’ll assist clients with daily living needs and provide companionship that enhances their quality of life. Responsibilities include:
- Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to promote dignity and comfort.
- Household Maintenance: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
- Transportation Services: Providing safe and reliable transportation for errands, appointments, or social activities.
- Engaging Companionship: Offering conversation and participating in activities to uplift clients’ spirits.
- Adhering to Care Plans: Following personalized care plans to provide consistent, high-quality support.
- Professional Communication: Collaborating with families and the care team to meet clients’ needs effectively.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dependable, compassionate individuals ready to join our care team in Stephens City. Key qualifications include:
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- A clean driving record
- Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—training is provided
- Access to email and a mobile device for communication
