Job Description:
We are urgently hiring caregivers in Saint Joseph, MI, to provide personalized in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful assistance to those in need, fostering their well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Companionship: Engage clients in conversation, social activities, and hobbies.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare meals in accordance with the client’s dietary preferences and needs.
- Mobility Assistance: Help with walking, transferring, and positioning clients to ensure comfort and safety.
- Health Monitoring: Track and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition.
- Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and keeping the home tidy.
- Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their prescribed medications as directed.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience is preferred.
- CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable.
Compensation: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
