Job Description:
We are urgently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide exceptional care to clients in the Benton Harbor area. As a caregiver, you will assist seniors and individuals with disabilities in performing daily activities to ensure they live safely and comfortably in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, ensuring privacy and dignity.
- Mobility Assistance: Help clients with transferring in and out of bed, chairs, and walking, while maintaining safety and comfort.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take medications and track adherence.
- Meal Preparation & Feeding: Plan and prepare balanced meals according to dietary restrictions and client preferences.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage clients in meaningful activities, and maintain positive interactions.
- Housekeeping: Light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, vacuuming, and organizing living spaces.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients’ physical or emotional health to the care manager or family members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activities and health updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is required.
- CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide care with compassion and respect.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
Compensation: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
